The
silk yarns are dyed in the dying section on a design reference
basis. There are tens of color hues, all prepared in this section.
The dyed yarns are dried naturally and are spun on a spindle.
Each color and tint is organized in shelves.
The
looms are warped (Chellekeshi); based on the design and weaving
instructions, the yarns are selected and the designing draft
prepared from weaving is attached to the loom with the weaving
instruction. There are about hundreds of looms with the height
of 1 meter to 3 meters in the weaving hall.
